1. Do you provide the alcohol for events?
No, we do not supply alcohol. However, we offer a tailored shopping list to guide your beverage purchases, ensuring you have everything needed for your event
2. How many bartenders will I need for my event?
We recommend one bartender for every 50 guests to ensure efficient service. This ratio helps minimize wait times and enhances the guest experience.
3. Are your bartenders certified and insured?
Yes, all our bartenders are ATAP certified and we carry general and liability insurance to ensure a safe and professional service
4. What is included in your bartending packages?
Our packages include a 30-minute consultation, essential bar supplies (mixers, straws, napkins, garnishes, ice), professional bar equipment, small bar decor, and a customized liquor shopping list.
5. Do you offer non-alcoholic beverage options?
Yes, we provide mocktail services and can create custom non-alcoholic beverages to cater to all guests.
6. How do I reserve my event date?
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of contract signing to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be applied to your final balance.
7. Can I customize the drink menu for my event?
Absolutely! We offer personalized drink menu planning to align with your event’s theme and preferences.
8. Do you provide mobile bar setups?
Yes, we offer stylish, portable bar setups as an optional add-on service to enhance your event’s ambiance.
9. What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. However, transferrable if date and time is available. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and will work with you to reschedule your event when possible.
10. How do bartenders handle tips?
Gratuity is not included in our package pricing. You can allow a tip jar on the bar for guests, or opt for a “hosted gratuity” where a 20% gratuity is added to the total cost, eliminating the need for a tip jar.
